We are currently now hiring for our 2017 Summer Season which runs April 1 through October 31.

Positions are perfect for food service professionals or others looking to supplement their current income

All hours are part time on an as needed basis.

All applicants should:

~Be punctual.

~Have good personal hygiene.

~Be available nights and weekends.

~Be able to work in a fast paced environment.

~Be clean and tidy.

~Pass a criminal background check.

~Be 18 years of age or older.

Cooks

Duties:

~Complete daily prep list in a timely manner

~Cook a variety of food items on an open flame charcoal grill and other methods.

~Maintain charcoal grill temperature.

~Assist with loading, unloading, event set up, service, and cleanup as needed.

Requirements:

~Must have 2-3 years experience grilling burgers, chicken, and steaks in a high-volume setting.

~Must be competent with a knife.

~Have general knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

~Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

~Must be able to stand for 5-6 hours at a time.

~Must have a valid drivers license

Utility Porters

Duties:

~Loading and unloading of trucks.

~Maintain charcoal grills.

~Assist with event set up and tear down.

~Wash, sanitize, and put away equipment and dishes.

~Assist with prep list as needed.

~Assist cooks and servers as needed.

Requirements:

~Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

~Must be able to stand for 5-6 hours at a time.

Servers

Duties:

~Greet and serve guests on a buffet style line.

~Provide guests with table service as needed.

~Assist with event set up and tear down.

~Make salad, coffee, iced tea, and lemonade as needed.

~Bus tables as needed.

Requirements:

~1-2 years food service experience

~Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

~Must be able to stand for 4-5 hours at a time.

~Must have a valid drivers license.
