’19-’20 NEW Winter Menu
We’ve added two new entrees to our menu this Winter. Our smoked beef short ribs are rubbed with our house recipe dry rub and slow cooked until they are fall of the bone tender. Our second new entrée is a whole pork loin hand stuffed with a bacon & cornbread stuffing, slow roasted, and topped with savory pork gravy.
Our winter menu features plenty of hearty entrees, Pogie’s smoke house buffet with brisket & pulled pork, jumbo sliders, pasta buffets, and hand carved prime rib. It might be getting cold outside, but it’s still hot in our kitchen.
